Program Control Analyst

  Duties include financial analysis, pricing proposals, Earned Value reporting and maintaining financials for defense contracts.  Applicant will work with program management to develop/update budgets and forecast as required as well as price ECPs, add-ons and follow-ons. The applicant will also be required to assist in developing, analyzing and maintaining the program baseline and EAC.  Must be able to work independently and be customer oriented. Defining the future. Experience in the following areas is required:



Strong communication and analytical skills.


Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Pricing regulations.  Bachelors degree with 5  years experience. 


At least 5 years experience in government proposal preparation with at least 3 years experience managing and preparing strategic cost/price proposals, preferably to Defense Department agencies.


 



Experience in the following areas is an asset:


 



Knowledge of ProPricer and SAP is a plus. Must interface & present well with Senior Management.


Working knowledge of MPM is required.


Must have strong conceptual framework, automation (e.g., Microsoft Office/Excel/Access/ ProPricer required), organizational, management and communication skills.
