Program controller for the ITS Division Engineering, Test and Technical Services (ITS300) organization supporting the JITC contract at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.  Responsibilities include task order (TO) WBS setup and assignment of network IDs in SAP;  develop TO budgets; prepare task execution plans; prepare cost reports; prepare subcontract purchase requisitions, monitor subcontractor costs and review subcontract invoices for payment processing; assist in the preparation of the client invoices; and, support special projects, as needed. This position interfaces with NGMS contract, subcontract, contract accounting, accounts payable, purchasing organizations and pricing. 



Experience in the following areas is required:



Minimum Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience


Ability to obtain Secret Clearance 


Strong analytical and interpersonal skills


  Strong written and oral communication skills


  Strong computer skills (EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.)


 Ability to communicate with all levels of management


  Previous understanding/knowledge of financial policies and tools

Experience in the following areas is an asset:


Current and Active Secret Clearance


Familiarity with SAP accounting system is a plus


Previous Program Control Experience


Previous experience with financial aspects of government contracts

 

Grade 42-43. Final grade determination will be based on requirements of the position and qualifications of the candidate.
