Job Description: BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.

The BearingPoint Federal Civilian group is currently searching for Sr. Systems Analyst to fullfill the role of a Jr. Programmer/Developer.

Location/s: Washington, DC Metro Area

Relocation: No

Performance Profile:

The candidate will provide software support for the operations and maitenance of client's mission critical systems. Candidate will work in conjunction with a team of developers to produce application source code.

Position-specific Requirements:

Key technical requirements include
Java, ASP, Javascript, HTML, XML, and SQL (Sybase). The ideal candidate would possess experience in both Java and ASP/VB. However, candidates experienced in one of the two domains will also be considered. Knowledge in XFDL, XBRL, C, C++, and Perl are a plus.

2-3 years of software development work experience is required
