We are currently seeking candidates with the following experience:

?Knowledge of FAS 123 or FAS 123R
?Experience in determining stock option treatments
?Experience in accounting for stock options
?Knowledge of stock options tax implications
?Public Accounting, CPA Background ? preferred
?Bachelor?s Degree - required
