Project Team Specialist

Job Description -- PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking Project Team Specialists to coordinate and deliver seamless administrative support services to our client engagement teams. Assignments will include significant direct client contact with exposure to a wide variety of project management responsibilities and learning opportunities. The successful candidate will be a member of the client service team and will orchestrate all administrative support team members in the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Team Specialist will assist the audit engagement teams with the following tasks, including (but not limited to): MyClient database setup and monitoring, Independence signoffs, CPE compliance documentation, confirmation processing, scheduling assistance, time management (budget to actual), inventory staffing and assistance, WIP analysis and billing support, and other duties as required.

Qualified individuals will have a broad understanding of client engagements, including engagement economics. Successful individuals are self-starters who have the ability to coordinate a diversified team of both client service and IFS staff. Candidates must be capable of using good judgment during oversight of workflow for others on the team. Using experience and creativity to anticipate and solve problems will be critical.
