Position Overview:
- Capital expenditure tracking and reporting
- Authority For Expenditure write ups
- Monitor fixed assets
- Prepare, Analyze and Review Property Accounting Data
- Financial Accounting reports for capital including variance explanations
- Asset Review, Property Return Preparation and Filing
- Appraisal/Assessment Review and Appeal Preparation
- Management Reporting and Variance Analysis for Capital Expenditures
- Property Accounting and Asset Management System Support and Maintenance
- Prepare and Review Monthly Journals
- Special Projects
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Degrre with 3+ years accounting experience
- Self Starter, Organized, Detailed Oriented and Professional
- Good Analytical Skills are a Must
- Competency Working with Microsoft Applications
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, ggood oral and written communication skills
