We need a talented individual to fill the role of Financial Analyst. In this position, you will assist with the preparation of new business development proposals, complex cash flow analyses, including proformas, land development valuation, modeling and complex financings for a broad range of real estate products and transactions.

 

Qualifications:



?

Expertise in preparing bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance with governmental agencies, fulfilling reporting requirements, and general accounting duties.

Candidate must possess a BS, preferable in Finance, Accounting, or related business areas.

?

Three to five years of relevant experience as an accountant in real estate or property management is preferred.

?

Excel, MS Word/Office required; knowledge of the LIHTC program helpful.
