We're the largest state and local tax practice in the United States, with over 1,000 dedicated professionals who can identify, resolve, and implement solutions to your complex state and local tax issues. Our practice saves taxes on current filings, recover cash related to obscure provisions and optimize benefits related to state and local matters through our extensive service offerings. These include State Tax Controversies, Credits & Incentives, Income & Franchise Tax, Property Tax, Sales & Use Tax, Total State Tax Solutions, and Unclaimed Property.

????????? Sr. Property Tax Manager with 7 or more years experience in real and personal property tax laws of various state, local, and municipal jurisdictions
????????? Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required.
????????? Experience with real estate and complex industrial property tax consulting required.? Exposure to valuation assessment for real and
personal property tax, property tax appeals, market/business analysis, appraisal reviews, and litigation support for property tax appeals required.?
????????? Qualified candidates will have exceptional negotiation skills, a commitment to client service and the ability to create solutions to unique challenges.?
????????? Excellent leadership abilities required as well as mentoring, counseling and career guidance experience.?
????????? B.A. in Accounting/Finance/Real Estate required.?
????????? Advance Degree and Professional accreditations in IPT, MAI, ASA or CMI strongly preferred.
