Purchasing Clerk to $33k+ - Home Builder

Job Description: National Homebuilder has an immediate need for an Accounting clerk to assist the Purchasing Department. Will be sending & organizing plans for bids and interacting with vendors, Posting & verifying options for each lot in the community, and "Scrubbing Lots" confirming all overhead & options are correct. Requires data entry, auditing, and general office work including filing, faxing, copying, etc. Must have strong computer knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. JD Edwards is preferred, and Home Builder experience is required (1-5 years).
