Quality Assurance Manager

Monitor and maintain the CBRE policies and procedures supporting internal controls and best practices; ensuring consistent application, streamlining processes, and maximizing efficiencies. Develop and maintain training programs for software and accounting skill sets for Asset Services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the development of improved business processes to be utilized by Asset Services Client Accounting and field personnel

Develop project plans to ensure improvements to current business processes are implemented in a timely manner

Enhance and implement annual internal audit program and schedule for timely completion

Enhance and implement annual Operating Expense Recovery program ensuring timely completion

Coordinate training and establish training schedules for both local and national initiatives including the annual year end operating expense calculations, policy and procedure guidelines, lease abstracts, accounting applications and other high exposure areas

Ensure all client requests are processed timely, accurately and with a high level of professionalism to guarantee internal and external client satisfaction

Proactively communicates with Senior Management to ensure they are informed of all activities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and assigns tasks to members within a work unit and/or project.  Coordinates the work to be completed  and is responsible for formal supervision of assigned employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of three to five years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to effectively write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.  Ability to effectively respond, verbally and written, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints.  Ability to make effective presentations on general topics. Ability to inspire and motivate employees and client groups to take desired action. Requires a high level of commitment to customer service, whether co-workers or clients.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.  Able to forecast and prepare budgets.  Conducts complex financial/business analysis including the preparation of complex reports. 

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to identify and analyze problems with limited information, then recommend more than one resolution alternative.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to unusual occurrences.  Must be able to work independently.  Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and an openness to new ideas and procedures.  Advanced experience with MS Office software and Real Estate accounting software
