Job Description:
This company is looking for a Reimbursement Manager with experience in account receivable reimbursement for pharmacy services to third-party payors, Medicaid and private payors.
Experience in long term care, IV Therapy or Home Infusion would be desirable. This individual will be responsible for pharmacy medical billing, collections and management of support staff.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years management experience in accounts receivable reimbursement.
The candidate must have very strong leadership skills, relationship-building skills and customer service skills.
They must be detail oriented, organized and have strong planning skills. They must have the ability to work independently and manage their time efficiently.
Salary:
Base salary $35,000 to $55,000
Plus Healthcare package
