ROTATING ASSOCIATE

Are you a recent graduate interested in joining a company with tremendous growth opportunities, also gaining exposure and experience across the business on your way to a management position?

 

As part of the Rewards Network Rotational Program, you?ll work for a leading provider of marketing and loyalty services to the restaurant industry. The Program is geared toward new college graduates and offers you the chance to learn, grow and contribute in 5-7 different positions during a three-year period. At the end of the Program you and the company's management team will identify the appropriate position for you in the company, based on the company's needs and your skills, expertise and preferences. As a Rotating Associate, you?ll experience the variety of business areas and roles within Rewards Network while making invaluable contacts in the process. This Program is based at our Chicago headquarters, with certain phases taking place at our Atlanta and Miami locations. As a result, you must be willing to travel or temporarily relocate based on your rotational assignments.

 

The first portion of the Rotational Program will last approximately 9 months and take place in our newly established Chicago call center, supporting our participating members and restaurants. This is an important first step in gaining a strong knowledge base about the company and our customer relations. The company will provide you with extensive classroom and on-the-job training, assignment of a management mentor, and frequent exposure to the company's executive management.

 

The Rewards Network Rotational Program requires a four-year college degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer knowledge, flexible thinking, an execution mindset and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
