Join a large publicly traded company in a high energy position as a real estate accountant. The selected candidate will work with a team of accountants. Since the company is so large, there is opportunity for growth and promotion.

A B.S. in Accounting is required. A CPA and property management is preferred. Candidate should know GAAP financial reporting very well. Candidate must have experience in general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, journal entries, monthly trend analysis and trial balance, and processing financial transactions. Company is looking for a candidate that is organized and highly motivated. Candidate must have three years of accounting experience. Computer systems experience in MS Office is necessary.
