Real Estate Senior Business Architect – Finance

Job Description:

Position will be embedded into Real Estate Finance to represent their interest in all technology and training initiatives. Position will maintain a portfolio/program repository for all business areas initiatives and needs. Position will work with Director of Real Estate Finance, Director and Manager of IT on ROI, DOU?s prioritization against all other projects. Develop the ?as-is?, the ?to-be?, and transitional roadmaps to complete strategic initiatives. Position will work with business owners, ISD and IT teams to conceive, design and deliver the implementation of systems. Candidate must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, across technical and business groups. Ability to bring technical and business stakeholders together to resolve misalignments and mitigate risks is a must.

 

 

 

Requirements or Qualifications for the position:
1. MS or BS in Accounting/Finance.
2. 5-7 years accounting/finance experience recommended with focus on construction.
3. Skilled in business processes, documentation and communication.
4. CPA


Additional Preferred Requirements:
1. PMP certification.
2. Skilled in Visio and MS Office.
