Receptionist

Position Description: Our client is looking for a top-notch, sharp individual with previous Receptionist experience. Your main responsibility is to answer and screen busy phones, greet high profile clients, and deliver great customer service, in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Large call volume- professional phone voice and tone
* Greet candidates and vendors
* Fax, detailed filing, and copying.
* Organize daily calendar
* Maintain clean office environment

***There are three shifts to choose from***

Position Requirements:

Required Skills


Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Heavy multi-line and/or switchboard phone experience required.

Excellent customer service skills and abilities.

Strong organizational and self-discipline skills.

Ability to juggle priorities and multi-task

Excellent communication skills.

Strong data entry skills and experience with MS-Word and Outlook.

Professional business presence required.
