Reconciliation Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
This individual will make daily and weekly posting of entries for balancing purposes; reconcile amounts from feeder to Accounts Receivable; make journal entries to clear outstanding reconciling items; online queries to General Ledger; assist with Sox compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must 1-2 years office experience with an accounting background; good PC skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, good communication skills and good figure aptitude along with analytical skills.
