Reconciliation Manager

Reconciliation Manager Description: Volt Services Group is a Fortune 1000 company with an acclaimed reputation as a leader in the staffing services industry. We are currently recruiting for a Reconciliation Manager for the company's Accounting Center located in Orange, CA. With over 250 offices across the United States, the need for an experienced accounting professional with direct management experience is essential to the overall success of the organization. The Recon Manager will directly manage and further develop a large team of billing professionals who handle processing challenges in a high volume environment with stringent deadlines. This includes account reconciliation's, compilation and audit of data to ensure accuracy and assisting in driving efficiencies to the billing function by analyzing current systems and processes. This position involves significant field interaction on a national level with internal and external customers and requires excellent customer service, leadership, communication and multi-tasking skills.



Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of five years accounting experience within a large volume Billing or Accounts Receivable environment with at least two years direct supervisory level responsibility. Knowledge of Billing systems and processes are required. Experience working for a large, national organization is ideal. Hands-on management skills are a must as you will manage a large team of billing professionals who process over ten thousand transactions on a weekly basis. The ability to motivate, delegate responsibility and provide performance reviews is an essential requirement. Effective communication, time management and organization skills are necessary to collaborate with staff, peers, branches and customers. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is desired. Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is also required while experience utilizing Peoplesoft is a plus.
