Recovery Analyst

Our growing Operations organization seeks highly motivated candidates for a Recovery Analyst position. The essential function of a Recovery Analyst is to assist in the Recovery process through consistent communication with vendors. The ability to consistently complete claims will impact revenue and the overall success of the company. A Recovery Analyst will also participate in taking sole responsibility for smaller claims to ensure all issues and questions are communicated properly and timely, and to oversee that the audit process for those particular clients are on target for completion.

 

This position requires the ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment and work productively in a team setting. Must have the ability to read and comprehend various account statements, be computer literate (proficient in use of the Internet, Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.), and possess knowledge of various office machines (copiers, fax, imaging systems etc.). Ideal candidates will show strong attention to details.

 

Our ideal candidate will have two years customer service, sales, credit, accounting or business related experience, three years experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent and two years of college are required. An Associates degree preferred, but not required. (Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.) Knowledge of accounts payable industry and documents are required.
