Recovery Collection Manager

As a Recovery Collection Manager with U.S. Bank, you will:Manage the recovery collection activities for a group of 10-15 highly seasoned collectors within the organization Oversee the review and collection of all charged-off accounts to achieve target liquidation goals with the highest possible recovery ratios and minimal risks Approve settlements, agency and attorney referrals, repossessions and liquidations, be responsible for complex financial, liquidation reporting and analysis and manage filing of insurance claims to realize the collection of funds and maximize recovery. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:A Bachelor?s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years? Recovery Collections experience.
