Acsys, Inc. is seeking a Direct Hire Consultant for our busy Reston location. We specialize in accounting and finance placements within the DC Metro area. Responsibilities include recruiting qualified candidates, working with clients to assure they have the best service possible and continuously developing relationships with new clients and candidates. Qualified individuals should have:

3-5 years of Corporate Accounting or Finance experience (preferably with Big 4 firm)

Strong interpersonal/communication skills

Solid networking and business referral skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

B.A. or B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance required
