Job Purpose:

 

Primary liason between regional office and the A/P Dept. at the corporate office. Wrk closely with supervisor to ensure that the accounting needs of the regional office are met. Responsible for data entry of A/P for the construction dept.

 

Job Functions:

 Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry of A/P for regional officeEnsuring accurate and timely data entry of A/P for regional officeAssisting in preparing and processing month, quarter, and year-end reconciliationsReview all A/P related to contruction dept. and ensure that vendors are set up and paid according to contract. Research and discrepancies.Obtain necessary payment authorization and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 3+ years experience and Associates degree or equivalent work experience in  automated accounting function required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent organization and project management skills very detgail oriented and great follow up skills  Computer savy: working knowledge of Word and Excel a must.
