 REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER (ACCOUNTANT)

Responsibilities for this position include handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting and some human resources record-keeping functions. Duties also include reconciling vendor statements, researching unpaid invoices and processing them for payment, facilitating resident billing, processing payroll and reporting on all accounting functions. Requires good problem-solving skills, effective communications skills and proficiency in MS Office. A BS/BA in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
