Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Retail Loss Prevention Manager the Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for insuring compliance with company standards through audits and protecting the company?s asset through the prevention/investigation of losses within the assigned region
Job Responsibilities:
Conducts Operational Assessments/Audits and provides learning to Store Associates during store visits
Work closely with and support district and regional mangers to achieve company goals
Acts as a resource for questions on policies and procedures
Review investigative software programs to identify fraud related losses
Participate in regional and district meetings to represent loss prevention initiatives
Investigate/resolve all losses and identify ways to prevent future losses.
Skill Requirements:
3 years of multi-store loss prevention experience
Systems application aptitude (PC and Mainframe applications)
Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
Work effectively with all levels of management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel 60% to 80% of the time depending on region
Wicklander & Zulawski training is preferred
