Reporting Analyst

Reporting Analyst will work on external financial reports, including the Annual Report, Form 10-K, Form10-Q.  Analyst will also assist in preparation of benefit plan financial statements.  In addition, responsibilities will include research of accounting and disclosure requirements and financial statement analysis.  Analyst will work with other departments in obtaining information necessary for financial statement preparation and analysis.  This position will report to the Reporting Manager. 

 

Essential/Required:

*2-3 years of public accounting experience

*Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

*Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and SEC reporting requirements

*Strong analytical and organizational skills

*Ability to be flexible and manage in a fast-paced environment

*Strong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills

*Team player

*Strong time management skills. Highly motivated.

 

Marginal/Desired:

*CPA

*Experience with a ?Big 4? firm

*Familiarity with the energy industry
