Responsibilities:

 Work with Program Manager and program team in support of customer satisfaction goals and objectives through on-time delivery of clear, concise, and valid labor estimates. Ensure that schedules are met, priorities are observed, and assumptions are communicated to the team. Ensure that all project related deliverables are completed and stored for future reference. Keep the Project Manager informed as issues are identified and major milestones are achieved. Reviews the customer supplied documentation packages for shortages. Ensure proper authorization and labor estimate sign offs are obtained. Escalate known critical shortages or any other obstacles preventing execution of duties to Project Manager. Follow all approved and released policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Provide training to others as needed. Work with internal associates on continuous improvement programs. Maintain team concept to support customer satisfaction and high VOC ratings.

 

Educational Experience:

 Prefer BS (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in an electronic manufacturing environment. Significant experience within the specific discipline and working knowledge of related areas of discipline in an Electro-mechanical assembly environment. Understanding of documentation for PCB assembly, cable assembly, box build assembly, and test processes as they relate to the aforementioned assemblies. Must be familiar with multi-level BOM's and product structures. Must have thorough understanding of basic document management principles and methodologies. Ability to work as a team member/partner with all levels of the organization, as well as external customers and suppliers. Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a strategic focus. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
