Resource Management Associate

Responsibilities:

?Support and assist the Business Unit Training Coordinator (BUC) and Audit Training and Methodology Partner in performing a number of tasks related to registration, obtaining materials and facility planning
?Maintain registration logs to keep track of headcounts and participants
?Submit continuing education sheets and course agenda to the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) for credit
?Follow-up with non-attendees to national training based on firm requests
?Order training materials making sure they are delivered on time and at the correct training facility
?Send in catering orders
?Attend training to make sure materials have arrived, instructors have what they need, troubleshoot, etc.
?Work with BUC to coordinate training location - Hoteling and Meeting Planning Services
?Send "Save the Date" message, "RSVP" message, and follow-up message to participants reminding them they have committed to attend
?Send weekly e-mails notifying Managers, Senior Managers and staff of engagement evaluation deadlines
?Maintain Master Engagement Evaluation Delinquency Listing tracking additions and deletions - Distribute master listing at least once a month
?Assist Resource Management Senior Associates with upkeep of the scheduling database - Prepare and distribute multiple staffing reports to Managers and staff (weekly engagement and staff schedules, quarterly chargeable hours updates)
?Various Employer of Choice (EOC) initiatives (track out of town travel, overtime levels, industries preferences)
?Serve as a primary backup to Resource Management Senior Associates

Qualifications:

?Strong organizational and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
?Strong verbal and written communications, excellent work ethic and interpersonal
?Strong job commitment, initiative and attention to detail
