Retail Collections Manager

Kforce Professional Staffing is searching for a Retail Collections Manager at the Corporate Headquarters for a multi-billion dollar company based in Indianapolis. This professional will assist the Director of Credit and Collections in all credit and collection efforts by performing the following duties: provide leadership and supervision for Retail Account Management and Returns to Manufacturer Program; effectively manage Retail accounting activities in accordance with Vendor/Customer Agreements in areas such as the timely collection of sales.

To be considered, you must have a B.A. / B.S. in Business Management; seven to ten years management/supervisory experience in retail operations/accounting field; ability to demonstrate and articulate previous success with deduction management, returns reconciliation and retail collections; must have understanding of customer/vendor compliance procedures; strong analytical skills; considerable knowledge of EDI processing for mass merchants, and proficient PC skills; ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships with vendors, customers, sales and operations.
