Revenue Audit Bookkeeper

Our Revenue Audit Bookkeeper audits, reconciles and records the revenue from table games, bingo games, food and beverage sales, valet fees and entertainment ticket sales. Traces and verifies amounts entered on game reports and stiff sheets for each shift. Records and distributes reports for pay outs using Microsoft Excel. Prints and distributes the revenue journal, cash reports and monthly table games reports. Investigates any discrepancies found in audits and reports.

Records and compares monies counted from vending machines. Foots and verifies sales from our Food & Beverage and Valet Departments. Completes the slot machine revenue audit and completes the audit of entertainment ticket sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School graduate or equivalent and two years of college level courses in accounting or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Reasoning ability, problem solving, mathematical skills a must.

Weekends and some overtime required.

Candidate will be required to undergo background investigation to obtain a Class "A" Gaming License issued by San Manuel Gaming Commission.
