Ideal Candidate could be located in any of our North Carolina (preferably Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greensboro) or South Florida locations.

The SALT Credits & Incentives (C & I) Manager or Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Generate new client relationships through centers of
influence and reputation and integrate C & I services with
existing clients, with a focus on building the C & I service
offering on a regional basis.
- Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or
exceeds client expectations.
- Provide tax advice that enables client to increase
shareholder value.
- Deliver profitable services that appropriately utilize Firm
and client resources.
- Act with respect and dignity in interactions inside and
outside the Firm.
- Attract, develop and retain top talent.
- Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations
- Provide appropriate and timely performance feedback to
those supervised.
- Initiate ?pull through? business to other practices.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell various SALT
opportunities, including cost segregation services.

Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have sales and managerial experience with a professional services firm, and have strong expertise in business development and client management. To be considered, candidates should have:
- Minimum of 6 - 7 years experience selling professional
services in a Public Accounting or Tax Consulting firm.
- Minimum of 6 - 7 years experience providing state and local
tax consulting services, with an emphasis in credits and
incentives in a Public Accounting or Tax Consulting firm.
- A proven record of being able to develop new client
relationships in the marketplace through centers of
influence and reputation.
- A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client
relationships with business owners or CFOs.
- A proven record of managing an appropriate amount of net
services.
- A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting and/or law degree, or
closely related field.
- Ability to travel within assigned geographical area.

Additional Experience Preferred but not Required:
- Masters of Taxation or MBA
- CPA
