Description

The Financial Reporting Analyst assists in the SEC / GAAP reporting and Investor Relations functions.  Specific duties include the following:

 Responsible for researching new FASB and SEC pronouncements and assessing the impact of the pronouncement on the Company;Assist in the preparation of SEC Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K;Assist in the preparation of the Annual Report to Shareholders and Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders (Proxy Statement);Assist in the preparation of Investor Relation Presentations and other IR functions as directed;


 

Requirements

BS degree in Accounting. CPA strongly desired. Three plus years related experience in GAAP / SEC reporting capacity or public accounting with exposure to SEC client base. Proficiency in the knowledge of Financial Accounting Standards, Emerging Issue Task Force pronouncements, SEC Staff Accounting Bulletins and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.
