SEC Reporting Consultants

In these positions you will ensure that our clients are in compliance with the SEC reporting requirements (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statement, S-8 and other forms) 

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statement, S-8 and

other Forms with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) of the United States

Preparation of financial statements and schedules for the earnings releases

Interact with senior management to ensure adequate disclosures of the Company?s financial information for external reporting.

Ad hoc research and special projects related to a wide range of technical accounting and

financial reporting issues.

Assist with the identification of policies & procedures for SOX

 

Requirements:

A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent; CPA or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, team oriented individual 

Solid experience and knowledge in GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB and SEC requirements

Strong analytical and reporting skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Background with a ?Big 4? or regional public account firm preferred
