Must have participated in the entire process of filing the 10K, to include the following:
Production of footnotes and revisions
Online research of compliance topics using resources such as FIN 45 and FASB
Production of "White Paper" summaries
Preparation of financial statements for SEC disclosure
Exposure to all facets of the Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) - publishing the financial condition and operational soundness of a publicly traded company

CPA or CPA track is an absolute MUST!!!! Big Four/public accounting experience is highly preferred.
