SEC Reporting Manager

We are seeking an SEC reporting Manager for a manufacturing entity in Denver. This person is responsible for writing and editing quarterly filings to the Securities Exchange Commission. The ideal candidate would be looking to start a position immediately or within two weeks!

 

Job duties:
Managing external relationships with external auditors and legal counsel, as well as relationships with internal management
Filing of forms 10K and 10Q
Enhances and maintains the company?s policies and procedures with respect to financial reporting and disclosure
Recommends ideas for process improvement as it relates to financial reporting
Coordinates the monthly worldwide close process working with staff at all operating locations, and consolidate monthly financial statements
Supervises one Financial Analyst and provides training and leadership as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

?  Minimum of five or more years experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) working with publicly traded entities, or industry experience; Combination of public accounting and industry is preferred

?  Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA preferred

?  Proven leadership abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy

?  Professional dress is required
