SEC Reporting Specialist

Family Home Health Services is a leading home health provider in markets across the Midwest and Florida.  Our corporate office is building a team to support our expanding operations.  Specifically, we are seeking a strong candidate to manage our SEC reporting and compliance needs. We also anticipate this person will take a lead role in our 2007 Sarbanes Oxley implementation.  This position reports directly to the CFO and will have continual interaction with our legal and accounting advisors and senior management team.

Responsibilities to include:Preparation and coordination of all quarterly and annual SEC filings including consolidated financial statements, tax provisions, footnote disclosures, MD&A narratives and risk assessments.GAAP research and disclosure documentationDeveloping, documenting and implementing Sarbanes Oxley policies and procedures

 

Ideal candidates will have the following credentials and characteristics:CPA with 5+ years of public accounting experience with SEC companiesStrong understanding of Sarbanes Oxley requirementsSelf starting, independent and flexibleStrong written and verbal communication skills
