DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (MULTI-NATIONAL): We have been engaged by a high growth medical technology company to identify and secure financial professionals for a high profile Directorship position.  This dynamic company has been experiencing torrid growth over the past several years, and a successful public offering is now on the horizon.  Reporting to the Vice President, the successful incumbent will be responsible for driving the corporate accounting operations to its highest potential while assisting with the upcoming transaction.  Specific responsibilities include management of corporate accounting, cost accounting, and special projects related to major corporate and growth initiatives.  This position requires previous financial / accounting leadership experience within sophisticated technology or manufacturing companies.  A foundation of public accounting experience is required along with a track record that reflects increased responsibility and upward mobility.  A generous compensation package will be offered including excellent benefits and pre-IPO stock options.

 

SENIOR MANAGER / DIRECTORSHIP (FINANCE & ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS): We have secured a firm partnership with a progressive mid-tier real estate company that operates on a regional platform.  This company is well-diversified with principal interests in the homebuilding, commercial, and multi-family industries.  Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful incumbent will have oversight responsibility for the entire finance and accounting operation within the homebuilding division.  This high visibility position will play a key role in financial management decisions, and will be responsible for driving corporate governance and US GAAP through subordinate staff locally and at remote locations. This position requires a solid foundation of finance and accounting experience with a concentration in homebuilding or development.  Excellent compensation package including lucrative monetary incentives and comprehensive benefits will be provided.
