SENIOR COLLECTION ASSOCIATES

Spherion Staffing, in partnership with UPS SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS located in the Dunmore, PA area, has multiple openings for experienced Collection Associates.? These are temp-to-hire positions which offer a competitive starting pay with a comprehensive benefit package.? Pre-employment? criminal background check is required.? You?will be responsible to initiate a course?of action and take lead position in coordinating the collection process to reduce DSO, improve company cash position and minimize delinquency and limit BDWO exposure.? The essential duties include, but not limited to, creating and analyzing customer profiles, reviewing collection history, credit status and payment?trends, collecting outstanding receivables using formal and informal communications, performing root cause analysis, exercising authority to cancel, suspend credit; other duties as required.? Ideal candidates should have minimum 2 years collection and/or customer interfacing experience.? Must have strong verbal and communication skills along with advanced skills in windows, internet and web page usage; MS excel, word and outlook.?
