SENIOR TAX MANAGER - SALES TAX

Do you have experience in Sales Tax from a public accounting firm or in a corporate tax department? The ideal candidate will manage all issues relating to sales/use tax collection and payment in a multi-state environment. This position will supervise a staff of three in the preparation of filings. In addition, you will review all sales tax filings prior to filing with the respective governmental agency and resolve compliance issues with external state and local revenue agencies. If you have multi-state tax experience and you have successfully lead a team, this could be your ideal opportunity. CPA is preferred. 


Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance major is preferred. 4-5 years in the tax area of a public accounting firm or in a corporate tax department. Experience with multi-state sales tax. CPA certification is preferred. Supervisory or team leading experience. Experience with InSource tax software. Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel to perform computation and manipulate data. Ability to perform research using on-line, word-search resources.

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, and a generous bonus plan.
