SOX 404 Project Manager

A premier high tech client of ours is looking for a contractor to assist as the SOX Project Manager for minimum of four months. They are seeking a Project Management for the following: documentation, testing, remediation, certification, maintain project timetable and open items list, ensure that cycle owners understand expectations (remediation effort, etc.), ensure that non-cycle items (entity level controls, SAS 70s, Level-3 Controls (judgments and discretionary, SOFT COSO, etc.) are documented for testing. Other responsibilities include: 404 records retention (Sharepoint), updating original cycle control documentation (narratives or control matrices) as required.

To be considered, candidates must have previous experience in a similar context. Any additional education and/or relevant experience would be beneficial.
