SOX Compliance Analyst SJAKS-20660

TheSarbanes-Oxley (SOx) Compliance team plays a key role in driving andcontinually improving the global processes needed to keep Client Company aninnovative and competitive organization. Client Company has an immediateopening for a SOx compliance analyst with a drive for assisting in defining andmaintaining global processes within a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
? Monitor changes to process documentation (narrative, control matrix)including risk monitoring
? Develop test plans and testing of the Company?s internal control environment
? Assess the impact of new guidance pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley on the Company
? Proactively identify gaps or conflicts in existing processes and developscalable solutions
? Communicate control weakness to process owners and senior management andprioritize remediation based on risk
? Educate and train business owners on SOx requirements and implementation
? Train and supervise junior analyst in testing and SOx requirements
? Interact with internal audit, external audit, senior management and thebusiness owners
? Work independently as well as part of a team
? Prepare status reports of the SOx compliance project

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or related field
? CPA preferred
? 7+ years of overall experience with an organization comparable in size
? Experience and understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong analytical and research skills, detail-oriented
? Strong computer skills (especially word, excel, powerpoint)
? Oracle 11i experience (preferred)
