SOX, Compliance Manager


As a SOX, Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for identification, documentation and testing of internal control process improvement and SOX compliance within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

 

Job Description:Lead Sarbanes Oxley planning, documentation and testing of key controls Analyze and document key financial and business operations process flows as needed Analyze and suggest improvements to financial functions in order to improve internal controls, manage business risk and increase efficiency Author finance and corporate policies and procedures as appropriate Coordinate External Audit SOX Assessment Manage special projects regarding internal audit and internal process improvement

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience at major CPA firm Recent corporate experience with SOX and internal control responsibilities Strong project management skills Familiarity with ERP systemsExperience in a manufacturing environment  desiredAnalytical thinker with desire to be continually challenged Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude
