Position Overview:

Currently we are looking for candidates in the Washington D.C. area with a minimum of 3-5+ years of audit experience and 1 year of SOX compliance work.? Candidates should have hands on experience with documentation, testing, and remediation, as well as experience using the COSO framework and financial statement assertions.? Experience with Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud Audit preferred.?

Job Requirements Experience with internal or external audit.? ?? Sarbanes Oxley hands-on experience with documentation, testing and remediation Familiarity with the financial statement assertions and COSO elements. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented attitude.? REGIONAL travel up to 70%, domestic and international travel opportunities are available if interested. CPA, CIA or other certification strongly preferred.

BA/BS in accounting or related field, MBA preferred but not required
