Job Description:
As a SOX Manager, you will be responsible for identification, documentation and testing of internal control process improvement and SOX compliance within the framework of a team and performing the following activities: Lead Sarbanes Oxley planning, documentation and testing of key controls Analyze and document key financial and business operations process flows as needed Analyze and suggest improvements to financial functions in order to improve internal controls, manage business risk and increase efficiency Coordinate with the IT team to document transaction flows and implement control procedures in an SAP environment Author finance and corporate policies and procedures as appropriate Coordinate External Audit SOX Assessment Manage special projects regarding internal audit and internal process improvement

Job Requirements:
This position requires the following skills and attributes: Minimum 5 years experience at major CPA firm Recent corporate experience with SOX and internal control responsibilities Strong project management skills Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP experience desired Experience in a manufacturing environment Analytical thinker with desire to be continually challenged Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude Strong computer skills
