We are looking for experienced Sarbanes Oxley professionals!

 

These consultants need to be comfortable working with key members of the management team to manage overall and ongoing SOX 404 compliance efforts.  You should have at least 5 years accounting experience, including a recent management position or as a key contributor to SOx 404 compliance efforts.  Preferred skills include at least one year  experience with public company, working knowledge in developing initial strategic plans for Sarbanes Oxley compliance & direct experience leading and managing the compliance strategy and program.  Our focus is on a Top Down risk based approach.
