SR AUDITOR-SAP

Objective: Performs complex level professional internal auditing work. Work involves leading operational, financial, compliance and/or business audits, leading special investigations, providing audit support in other regions, leading/participating in Global audits, providing SOX support, leading/providing support in revenue recognition assurance, providing internal consulting services to the organization's management and staff, providing key input to development of the Annual Audit Plan, and providing training and coaching to Internal Audit staff.

Position Responsibilities: - Identifies and evaluates the organization's risk areas. - Performs audit procedures, including preparation and planning, identifying and defining issues, conducting interviews, collecting, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures. - Develops and administers surveys, compose summary memos, prepares working papers, prepares audit reports with findings, observations and recommendations using independent judgment. - Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and internal consulting projects via written reports and / or oral presentations to management and the Board of Directors. - Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings. - Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers. - Represents Internal Audit on organizational project teams, at management meetings and with external organizations. - Provides or assists in providing training, coaching and guidance to Internal Audit staff in conducting audits and other audit-related issues. - Performs related work as assigned by audit management. - Actively participate in Global Internal Audit Services (GIAS) initiatives. - Considerable skills in using a computer with Microsoft software and other business applications to prepare reports, memos, summaries and analyses. - Considerable skills in effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations. - Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions. - Considerable skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines. - Skill in negotiating issues and resolving problems. - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and/or computer sciences from an accredited college or university, - Professional certifications as a CPA, CIA, or CISA.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires 5+ years of auditor experience in either financial, operational, compliance (including SOX) and/or IT auditing.

Travel Requirements:

30% international travel may be required
