SR. TAX ANALYST NEEDED

SR. TAX ANALYST NEEDED Description: Volt Services Group is presently assisting prominent organization in identifying a talented Senior Tax Analyst.

Qualified professional will be responsible for sharing the responsibility of the preparation of the consolidated federal and multi-state income tax returns, the quarterly estimated tax calculations, and the extensions.

This individual will assist with the quarterly effective tax rate and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.


This individual will provide support in researching issues and assist with other special projects, including the annual R&D Credit study.

This individual will also assist in the federal and state income tax audits as well as the responses to tax notices.



Requirements:
Qualified professional will possess the following:

6 years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience.

Articulate and analytical individual with strong technical tax and accounting skills, as well as solid organizational and computer skills.


The ability to communicate (both in writing and verbally) and the ability to handle multiple tasks are also required.

This individual should exhibit characteristics such as teamwork, enthusiasm, flexibility, problem resolution, and creativity.

This individual should have a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA and/or a Masters Degree in Taxation along with experience with SAP.
