STAFF ACCOUNTANT - $38 to $52k

Performs general staff accounting responsibilities, including full-charge Accounts Payable & full-charge Accounts Receivable.  This position also assists the Corporate Controller and will entail all company-wide accounting projects, processes, forms, reports, and activities.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

 

? Monthly & Weekly Reports: Sales Analysis & Revenue Reporting

? Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

? Collections of Accounts Receivable

? Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Payroll Tax Responsibilities

? 401(k) and Benefits Administration

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

? Minimum BA degree in accounting or related field
? Minimum 2 years accounting experience or related experience

? Strong organization skills, able to manage multiple projects
? Must be extremely detail oriented
? Team oriented.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, strong background with accounting software
? Must be self-motivated, independent individual
? Professional appearance and demeanor, including phone etiquette
