About the positions:

We are currently seeking staff accountants/auditors, a tax manager, tax supervisors, audit supervisors, audit seniors and an accounting supervisor/senior. 

 

Our tax team prepares Federal and Multistate tax returns, (C Corporation, S Corporation, trust and estate, individual, corporate and partnership using Prosystems Fx), adjusts client books, conduct research, perform tax planning and tax projections, prepares tax correspondence and other tax related projects. 

 

Our audit team performs audits, reviews and compilations for clients in many various industries, including not-for-profit, construction, real estate, government contracting and financial services, adjust client books, conducts research and performs other related tasks. 

 

As a staff accountant/auditor, a qualified candidate will work as an entry-level auditor planning and performing audits and procedural reviews using tools and techniques common to the auditing profession.  Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor?s Degree or Master?s Degree in Accounting.

 

As a tax manager, a qualified candidate will be the in-charge accountant, supervising staff, serving as a tax reviewer for large and more complex engagements, and will conduct tax research, tax projections and tax planning.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years CPA firm experience. 

 

As a tax supervisor or audit supervisor, a qualified candidate will be the in-charge accountant on multiple clients simultaneously and focus on more complex accounting and/or tax issues.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years CPA firm experience. 

 

As an audit senior, a qualified candidate will be the in-charge accountant on specific clients and begin supervising staff and reviewing work.  Qualified candidates will a minimum of 3 years CPA firm experience.

 

As an accounting supervisor/senior, a qualified candidate will work in our Manassas office in the tax/small business department.  Knowledge of Prosystems fx, Quickbooks and Peachtree a plus.  A minimum of 3 years of CPA firm experience preferred. 

 

CPA license strongly preferred for all positions.
