Sales Operations Analyst

Performics, the performance-based marketing division of DoubleClick, is the leading provider of online marketing services and technologies for search, affiliate, and data feed marketing. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst.

 

The Sales Operation Analyst will assist in the various processes related to the Sales Contract and Commissions Administration processes, and support the sales team on a daily basis.  They will be responsible for working with the sales teams to ensure the sales administrative processes run efficiently and to drive 100% usage of the CRM software.  Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports such as the Bookings/Pipeline report and revenue reports as well as collaborate on contracts with the sales department in the pre-sales process. This will ensure terms are appropriate and have been approved before the client gets the contract to sign. 

 

Responsibilities

 

?  Develop, document and implement Sales Operations processes and workflows in a Sales Operations Manual. If necessary, redesign workflows and implement new policies and procedures that increase efficiency.

Once the manual is created, they will manage, maintain and track the processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness of all teams involved.  They will be the point of contact for all processes and must be involved in all meetings that relate to workflows and processes

?  Collaborate on contracts with the Sales department in the pre-sales process. This will ensure terms are appropriate and have been approved before the client gets the contract to sign.

Sales team/manager assistance

Assist Interoffice Project Coordination - Coordinate and provide sales information to various non-sales departments

New hire training and ongoing training of Sales Operations functions

CRM software ? Maintain accuracy of data working with sales team for updates.  Supporting sales for answering questions and instruction.

?  Commissions Administration

Tracking, updating, and maintenance of relevant deals and salesperson-specific data for commission calculation and reporting purposes.

Updating and communication of individual commission statements on a monthly basis

?  Contract Administration

Reviewing, tracking, and updating of key sales data related to sales contracts and CRM system, for pending contracts

Internal notification and reporting of closed deals

Tracking, faxing, mailing, and filing executed contracts

Maintaining up-to-date account, prospect, and deal information in CRM system

?  CRM Administration

Assist CRM System Administrator on request

Develop and generate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports as required

 

Qualified Candidates will have:

 

?  Undergraduate degree with emphasis in business-related field (Business Administration/Finance/Math).

?  Experience in a sales analysis role with an emphasis in reporting, CRM management and implementing processes and providing administration.

?  3-5 years of sales analytics and process management.

?  High competency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management Systems.

?  Medium competency with MS Access and Visio.

?  Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
