Job Description: Provides timely, quality resolution to customer service inquiries including lost/stolen credit cards, fraudulent activity, billing inquiries, late fee disputes and merchant authorizations. Representatives are expected to offer credit card related products on every eligible call and are required to meet established sales goals. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Representatives have the opportunity to earn additional pay through our incentive program.

*This position is located in Chesapeake, VA.

Job Experience:
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. One year of experience in either personal or telephone customer service contact field is preferred. A general understanding of keyboard and typing skills. Must be able to work evenings and one weekend day. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
