This job will provide you with the unique opportunity to become involved in the growth of a young entrepreneurial firm of approximately 50 professionals, the majority of whom have significant experience with large public accounting firms.  In addition to having the ability to work along side highly skilled professionals, you will have the opportunity to serve a variety of clients, including some of the larger SEC and Privately held companies in the South Florida area.  Services provided by AFS vary widely and include: Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and internal audit related services, audit preparation and facilitation, forensic accounting work, assistance with SEC filings, general and complex accounting assistance to all size corporations and outsourcing services. 

 

Qualified applicants should meet the following requirements:

 5+ years minimum experience in a national public accounting firmCPA strongly preferredRecent Sarbanes-Oxley project management experienceStrong working knowledge of GAAP and SEC reportingExperience managing staff and projectsEffective analytical skills and Proven client interaction and communication abilities

 

Compensation packages, ranging from $90,000 and up, based on level of experience.  Excellent benefit package available, including health and disability insurance and sales commission bonuses.  Local residents need only respond.
